Lipids are a highly concentrated source of energy in animal nutrition and play an essential role in supporting growth performance, feed efficiency, and nutrient absorption. In modern feed formulations, fats and oils contribute significantly to dietary energy supply and are closely associated with the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, palatability, and overall production performance.
However, young animals and animals under stress conditions often have limited endogenous lipase activity, resulting in insufficient fat digestion and reduced utilization of dietary energy. Poor lipid utilization may lead to decreased feed efficiency, inconsistent growth performance, and increased feed costs.
LIPOZYME is a next-generation feed-grade lipase developed by Habio through advanced microbial fermentation and protein engineering technologies. Designed specifically for animal nutrition applications, LIPOZYME enhances the hydrolysis and utilization of dietary fats and oils, helping improve energy release, nutrient digestibility, and animal performance across multiple production stages.
By improving fat digestion efficiency, LIPOZYME supports more cost-effective feed formulations while contributing to sustainable and efficient livestock production.
Promotes efficient hydrolysis of triglycerides into absorbable fatty acids and glycerol, improving fat digestion and energy release.
Supports the utilization of fat-soluble nutrients and improves the digestibility of dietary ingredients.
Helps compensate for insufficient endogenous lipase secretion in young animals.
Contributes to improved feed conversion ratio (FCR) and production performance.
Supports higher body weight gain and overall production efficiency.
One unit (U) of lipase is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which liberates 1 μmol of titratable fatty acid from olive oil at 40℃ and pH7.5 in 1min.
