Lipid is an important component of livestock and poultry feed and an important source of energy for animal body (the energy value is about 2.25 times than carbohydrates). Lipid is the most expensive among all ingredients at present. However, because the crude fat in feed ingredients is generally not highly utilized, it causes a large waste of feed costs. Meanwhile, there is insufficient endogenous lipase in the animal body, especially under the influence of high stocking density, stress and subclinical diseases, the animal itself has limited utilization of dietary lipid.
It is essential to select a specific lipase, which is suitable for the digestive characteristics of animal gastrointestinal tract and has high enzymolysis efficiency for crude fat in various feed ingredients. The Habio Lipozyme adopts a biochemical enzymatic method to completely improve the utilization efficiency of lipid and exogenous oil in feed, optimize feed formula, reduce feed cost, improve feed quality and animal production performance. In addition, the Habio Lipozyme reduces the number of harmful microorganisms, improves intestinal health, and improves the digestion and absorption system of animals, thereby greatly reducing the probability of various diseases caused by the digestion and utilization of fats.
One Lipozyme Unit (U/g) is defined as the 1g Lipozyme hydrolyzes the olive oil to produce 1μmol of titratable fatty acids per minute at 40℃ and pH 7.5.
