Habio keratinase is a new enzyme preparation produced by Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co., LTD., using modern genetic engineering technology, microbial fermentation technology and advanced post-treatment technology. It has high activity of disulfide reductase and polypeptide hydrolase, and can effectively catalyze the hydrolysis of protein, especially keratin. Can be widely used in feed, leather, food, cosmetics and other industrial fields.
Definition of Activity
One unit (U) of keratinase activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 μg tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at pH 10.5 and 40℃.
Product Functions
1. Feed industry:
Efficient degradation of feathers and other keratin rich raw materials, improve the digestion of protein, peptides and amino acids of animals, improve feed utilization rate, reduce costs;
2. Leather industry:
Special hydrolysis of keratin, elastin and globulin and other impurities, without damage to collagen, can be used for leather hair removal, softening, reduce energy consumption, reduce pollution;

Package and Storage

Liquid products: 30kg/Plastic barrel.
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months to solid form, and 6 months to liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
