Description of Phytase Watersoluble Powder
Water-soluble phytase is E.coli source enzymes , which has good solubility, stability and is easy to be transportation, storage and convenient use, it provide more choices for customers to reduce the cost and storage stability of liquid enzymes, meanwhile it can be added into water directly thus improve the further effect of enzymes in the animal body compared with the traditional un-water-soluble phytase.
Definition of Phytase Activity
One phytase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytate at 37℃, pH5.5.

The enzymatic property remains unaffected and the solubility of phytase watersoluble powder is greatly enhaced.
Package and Storage
Store in original package under sealed, room temperature condition for 12 months, the shelf life will be longer with lower temperature storage.
