The window unit utilizes 150 Series thickened aluminum profiles (wall thickness 2.2mm), with a centrally positioned horizontal ventilation slot (width 80-150mm) that can be equipped with optional insect screens, filter cotton, or manually adjustable louvers to provide basic air exchange without altering the overall window structure.
The system employs a combination of structural bonding and mechanical fixing: glass and profiles are bonded with silicone structural adhesive to form an integral load-bearing unit, while concealed clip-in systems along the edges ensure long-term airtightness. The ventilation slot is designed as an independent modular component, allowing for on-site disassembly and maintenance. Standard glazing is 10mm tempered insulating glass (upgradable to triple-glazed or laminated configurations), with profile surfaces treated with fluorocarbon coating to meet industrial environmental durability requirements.
