The system utilizes thickened 128 Series aluminum profiles (with critical load-bearing sections reaching 2.5mm wall thickness), equipped with heavy-duty triple roller sets and box-type load-bearing tracks. A single sash can support up to 350kg, meeting engineering needs for sash widths up to 2000mm and continuous opening spans exceeding 8000mm. The track system integrates self-cleaning grooves and anti-derailment devices to ensure stability under high-frequency, long-term use.
For sealing and protection, the system employs a three-layer sealing structure: an outer weather-resistant EPDM fin seal, a middle nylon-based windproof brush strip, and an inner adjustable bottom sealing block, achieving industrial-grade airtightness and wind pressure resistance despite the non-thermal break design. Standard glazing is 10mm tempered glass, with optional explosion-resistant laminated or composite insulating glass. Surface treatment uses high-temperature cured fluorocarbon coating, providing up to 20 years of corrosion protection.
The system supports multi-module synchronized control, enabling grouped simultaneous opening/closing via motorized drives, and is compatible with sensor and security system integration. Installation employs split prestressed frames and modular pre-assembly technology, allowing for ±20mm compensation for structural tolerances.
