Product Overview

This series of Monel 400 forged rings are manufactured via open-die forging and radial-axial ring rolling technology. After full solution annealing and stress relief heat treatment, the alloy forms homogeneous single-phase nickel-copper solid solution without harmful precipitates, guaranteeing consistent mechanical and anti-corrosion performance across the whole ring blank.

Monel 400 is the most widely used nickel-copper alloy worldwide. Its core advantage lies in outstanding hydrofluoric acid resistance that stainless steel and common nickel alloys cannot match. It also shows superior erosion resistance in flowing seawater and stable performance in hot alkaline media. Forged ring blanks eliminate heavy solid bar boring workload, widely processed into pressure vessel flanges, seawater pump support rings, HF reactor sealing rings and oilfield brine pipeline connecting components for chemical marine and petrochemical industries.
