Product Overview

This series of Incoloy 825 forged rings are produced by open-die hammer forging and radial-axial seamless ring rolling processes. After full solution annealing and stress relief heat treatment, the ring obtains continuous compact grain flow without internal forging defects, ensuring uniform mechanical and anti-corrosion performance across the whole blank.

Incoloy 825 is versatile Fe-Ni base alloy integrated with molybdenum, copper and titanium elements. It fills the performance gap between ordinary 316L stainless steel and high-cost Hastelloy alloys. It works stably in oxidizing nitric acid and reducing sulfuric acid simultaneously, and shows reliable anti-sulfide stress cracking capacity for oil & gas sour service. Forged ring blanks are widely machined into flanges, tube sheets, sealing support rings and pressure vessel internal components for chemical, power FGD, marine desalination and nuclear industries.
