This series of Hastelloy C276 hollow bars are seamless thick-walled hollow alloy blanks produced by hot extrusion & cold drawing process. After complete solution annealing and stress relief heat treatment, the material forms uniform single-phase austenite grain without harmful precipitates, achieving balanced high strength and full-spectrum corrosion resistance.

Hastelloy C276 is the most versatile corrosion-resistant nickel alloy worldwide. Unique Mo, W, Cr composite formula enables stable service in both oxidizing and reducing mixed acid media where 316L, duplex steel and common nickel alloys fail. Hollow bar is widely processed into heat exchanger tubes, valve sleeves, downhole tubular parts and reactor internal components for chemical, power plant desulfurization and offshore energy industries.

Lead Time
