Product Overview

This ASTM B564 Inconel 625 forged flange is a premium nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy forged connecting fitting. It is manufactured through high-temperature forging followed by solution annealing and precision CNC machining to eliminate internal forging defects and achieve uniform metallographic structure.

Inconel 625 relies on high molybdenum and chromium alloy design to deliver stable mechanical strength at ultra-high temperature up to 980°C, while providing reliable protection against pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorides, seawater and industrial acids.

We produce all common flange types including blind flange, slip-on flange, weld neck flange, large diameter ring flanges and custom special-shaped flanges. Product dimensions, bolt hole layout, thickness and surface finish can be fully customized based on client drawings. Our flanges are widely used as critical pipeline connection components in high-temperature, high-pressure and heavy corrosion industrial systems.
