Key equipment and process demonstration.
Our equipment primarily employs hot-dip galvanizing, where welding is performed first, followed by complete immersion in a zinc bath for full galvanizing. This process ensures that the weld joints are also coated with zinc, resulting in enhanced corrosion resistance.

Technical specifications and layout
We will provide the most suitable solution, including technical specifications and layout diagrams.
Scope of supply and installation
We will provide all the items in the poultry house, including feeding system, drinking system, manure cleaning system, ventilation and temperature control system, heating system, lightings, electrical control panels and cables. Installation tools is also included in our quotation.
Delivery and installation schedule – from order confirmation to commissioning
Normally it will be 2 months for production. Shipment from Qingdao China to Manila will take 3 weeks. Installation of one house will take about 2 months. We will send 1 engineer to your farm for technical support. You need to hire local workers to do the installation. Each house will need 15 workers. For our engineer, we will charge USD100 per working day.
Warranty and after-sales service – including availability of local service or spare parts
Standard warranty time is 1 year after the equipment installation is completed. We have a warehouse in Pasay. We can provide spare parts timely.
Quotation and payment terms – with options or suggestions for full project implementation
Our payment term is 30% advance payment, 70% will be paid before shipment. We will ensure the installation will be completed successfully.
