Designed for surface activation pretreatment of panel substrates, it modifies the surface molecular state via high‑voltage corona discharge to adjust substrate surface physical‑chemical properties, preparing materials for subsequent gluing, lamination and coating processes. The inline‑style structure allows seamless integration into existing panel processing lines for continuous operation.
Capable of continuous inline production, the machine executes surface treatment synchronized with line rhythm without separate offline working stations. It delivers consistent output and uniform treatment across the full working width of panels to avoid process risks caused by partial insufficient treatment. Adjustable output power adapts to diverse substrate materials. When switching between different panel types, it minimizes hardware‑reset work and fits flexible‑production scenarios for mixed‑variety manufacturing.
Equipped with material sensing unit, the machine triggers auto‑stop and alarm when no panel is fed, preventing risks and component wear caused by no‑load discharge. Core high‑voltage components adopt oil‑immersed isolated construction for reliable component protection. Independent functional power switch and visible working‑status display enable operators to read real‑time operating conditions and spot abnormalities timely.
Mainly applied in manufacturing of aluminum foil composite panels, plastic honeycomb composite boards and acrylic sheets. It performs surface pretreatment before panel lamination, gluing and coating to optimize substrate bonding performance.
