The sound-absorbing panel forming production line is a complete set of integrated continuous-production equipment featuring neat overall layout, well-arranged working stations, and stable, compact frame structure. It supports manufacturing of multiple sound-absorbing panels including polyester fiber, rock wool, and composite perforated types.
Relying on core processes such as fiber opening & blending, web laying, hot-pressing and composite curing, the production line adjusts the internal porous structure of panels via temperature and pressure control. It completes full manufacturing procedures from raw materials to finished panels without redundant auxiliary processes, delivering finished acoustic panels with evenly distributed pores and smooth surfaces.
All stations are coordinated by control system with smooth process connection and fluent material transfer. Process logic can be flexibly adjusted for different working conditions, adapting to diverse panel formulas and forming technologies. Continuous-operation mode ensures stable production and reduces finished-product fluctuation.
Equipment is equipped with standardized safety protection structures, protective isolation components, and emergency stop mechanism. Control system monitors operating status and feeds back real-time working data. Electrical components are well-protected against dusty environments.
Panels are widely used for indoor building noise reduction in office spaces, meeting rooms, broadcast studios, cinemas, and industrial noise-reduction scenarios including equipment rooms and sound-insulating enclosures. Also serves acoustic renovation projects for schools and hospitals.
