This forklift-slot electric cold press is specially designed for cold pressing and laminating wood composite doors, stainless steel doors, medical clean doors, and large-format panels. The machine adopts an electric servo drive system instead of a traditional hydraulic pump station, ensuring quiet, smooth operation with rapid response and precise positioning.
Standard forklift slots at the base allow heavy door panels and large boards to be loaded and unloaded directly by forklift, significantly reducing manual labor, improving material handling efficiency, and minimizing surface damage. The cold pressing process uses eco-friendly adhesives to cure facing materials and substrates at room temperature, effectively preventing panel deformation, coating aging, and metal surface oxidation commonly caused by heat pressing.
Forklift-Compatible Loading & Unloading: The integrated forklift slots allow standard forklift tines to directly load and unload heavy door panels, cutting material handling time by more than half and significantly boosting daily output.
Electric Servo Drive: The self-locking electric system maintains constant pressure without continuous energy consumption, ensuring uniform adhesive penetration with minimal pressure fluctuation. Energy usage and workshop noise are substantially reduced compared to conventional hydraulic presses.
Active Personnel Protection: Infrared safety light curtains and physical guardrails surround the pressing zone, triggering immediate braking if an operator enters the danger area. Two-hand activation buttons prevent accidental single-hand operation, and emergency stop pull-cords are positioned around the machine perimeter.
Forklift Operation Safety: The forklift slots are structurally reinforced for heavy loads, with warning markings and anti-collision guards to ensure safe loading and unloading operations.
Wood Composite Doors: Using solid wood frames or multi-layer boards as cores, surfaced with natural wood veneer, engineered veneer, or melamine decorative paper.
Stainless Steel Doors: Featuring galvanized or stainless steel face panels bonded to honeycomb paper, aluminum honeycomb, or polyurethane foam cores.
Medical Clean Doors: Utilizing HPL antibacterial panels, electrolytic steel plates, or stainless steel surfaces bonded to flame-retardant MDF, aluminum honeycomb, or solid wood composite frames with antibacterial adhesives.
Periodic Maintenance: Monthly, clean and re-grease the electric ball screw or gear transmission with high-temperature lubricant. Inspect the motor cooling fan and encoder dust covers. Quarterly, check platen flatness and regrind if uneven; inspect electrical cabinet terminals to prevent loosening and overheating.
