The HENTG POWER on-load automatic voltage regulator is a high-performance oil-immersed voltage stabilization equipment built for high-voltage power distribution networks. It adopts separated on-load tap changer (OLTC) tank and autotransformer main tank design, supporting automatic voltage adjustment within ±30% input fluctuation. This high voltage stabilizer stabilizes grid voltage continuously without power cut, protects downstream electrical assets from voltage sags and surges. It is widely deployed in power distribution lines, mining zones, industrial parks, renewable power plants, substations and remote rural power grids.
HENTG POWER provides customizable voltage regulators from 1000kVA up to 10000kVA for 6kV,10kV,11kV,35kV voltage classes. All units follow GB1094 power transformer standards and IEC anti-interference specifications, reliable for harsh outdoor and heavy industrial environments.

✅ Tap Position & Operation Counter Display with Limit Lock Protection Controller shows current tap position and total tap switching cycles. High & low tap limit protection prevents tap changer jamming and mechanical failure.
✅ Independent Tank Design for OLTC & Transformer Main Body The on-load tap changer oil tank is fully isolated from the autotransformer tank. This structure delivers higher voltage regulation accuracy and reduces cross-contamination of insulating oil.
✅ Overvoltage & Undervoltage Lockout Protection Built-in overvoltage, undervoltage protection with automatic interlock function to guarantee safe OLTC switching and avoid misoperation damage.
✅ Fully Adjustable Operation Parameters On Site Field engineers can modify voltage setpoint, action delay, allowable voltage deviation, switching cycle limit and other parameters directly on the controller panel.
✅ Sealed Corrugated Oil Tank, Safe Oil Monitoring Full-sealed corrugated oil tank structure, fitted with oil temperature indicator and pressure relief valve, safe for long-term outdoor running.
