Three Phase Oil Immersed OLTC Voltage Regulator
A configurable high voltage voltage stabilizer for industrial distribution, power grid feeders, substations, renewable energy stations and demanding site conditions. Automatic on-load regulation helps maintain a controlled output without interrupting connected equipment.
High Voltage Power Equipment
HENTG POWER three phase oil immersed on-load automatic voltage regulator is designed for high voltage power distribution networks that require continuous voltage adjustment and stable operation.
The regulator supports automatic tap adjustment within a plus or minus 30 percent range according to configured site requirements. Voltage correction is performed while the connected system remains in operation, helping manage voltage sags, surges and unstable grid conditions.
The on-load tap changer oil tank is separated from the autotransformer main tank. This structure supports accurate voltage adjustment and helps isolate the operating oil system of the tap changer from the main transformer body.
Available voltage classes include 6kV, 10kV, 11kV and 35kV. Capacity, dimensions and control parameters can be discussed according to the actual project and site conditions.
Core Features And Functions
The control system combines adjustable operating parameters, tap position monitoring and protective interlocks for industrial and outdoor power applications.
Real-time on-load tap adjustment from minus 30 percent to plus 30 percent. The range can be configured according to actual grid conditions.
An industrial control chip supports stable operation, safe control logic and interference resistance in demanding working environments.
The controller displays current tap position and total switching action count for operation review and maintenance planning.
High and low tap position limit protection helps prevent tap changer jamming and improper mechanical operation.
Overvoltage and undervoltage protection can automatically lock the regulator to support safer OLTC switching under abnormal conditions.
Reference voltage, action delay, allowable deviation and switching cycle limits can be adjusted for different site requirements.
The full-sealed oil tank includes an oil temperature indicator and pressure relief valve for long-term outdoor equipment operation.
Compact structure, large rated capacity, light weight and low loss support easier installation and project-specific customization.
