This equipment is a core supporting device for the filter knife-type pleated paper gluing production line, specially designed for the slitting of filter paper/separators in air purifiers and industrial filters. Integrated with servo-driven cutter heads, intelligent paper placement racks and automatic deviation correction systems, it can slit large rolls of filter paper/fiberglass materials into small rolls of specified widths, meeting the high-precision requirements of subsequent folding and gluing processes. The equipment supports a variety of materials (PP filter paper, glass fiber filter paper, activated carbon composite paper, aluminum partition rolls), featuring fast slitting speed and smooth edges without burrs. It is a key link in achieving the automated production of filters.
Product Precautions:
Environmental requirements: Operating temperature 10-40℃, humidity 30-70% RH, and avoid strong magnetic field interference (affecting sensor accuracy).
Material adaptation: When slitting aluminum partition rolls, wear-resistant blades need to be replaced in advance (diamond-coated blades are optional), and the slitting speed should be reduced to below 150m/min.
Voltage stability: It is recommended to be equipped with a voltage stabilizer (with a voltage stabilization accuracy of ±5%) to prevent voltage fluctuations from causing servo system failures.
Operators: They must be trained by the manufacturer and pass the safety assessment. It is strictly prohibited for non-professionals to adjust the distance between the cutter heads.
