Production operation
① Parameter Settings: Enter the pleat height, spacing, and pleat type on the touch screen, and select the material thickness (the system automatically matches the blade pressure).
② Feeding preparation: Install the slitted filter paper rolls onto the paper placement rack, thread the material to the folding inlet, and start the deviation correction system to fix the edges.
③ Automatic operation: Click "Start", and the equipment will operate according to the process of "unwinding → correcting deviations → folding → collecting materials", during which defective products with wrinkles or misalignment will be automatically removed.
④ Model change operation: When changing the filter element model, directly call the corresponding formula, and the knife set and pleating roller will automatically adjust to the target parameters (for special structures, manual replacement of the guide fixture is required).
