The superior performance of our products begins with the selection and optimization of core raw materials. We use self-produced large-crystal black silicon carbide as the premium base material, creating a composite ceramic material that combines high strength with excellent chemical stability.
Exceptional Wear Resistance: Abrasion resistance is 3.13 times that of traditional wear-resistant steel (e.g., Cr15Mo3), while its weight is only one-third, significantly reducing equipment load and extending service life.
Superior Corrosion Resistance: Demonstrates extreme stability in aggressive chemical environments (strong acids, alkalis), with far lower mass loss due to corrosion compared to ordinary silicon carbide and alumina ceramics.
Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance: Very low coefficient of thermal expansion combined with a suitable elastic modulus ensures the products can withstand severe thermal cycling without cracking.
