Its thicker felt (nominal 10.7mm) and greater installation gap tolerance (2.9-4.8mm) enable it to withstand harsher vibration environments and greater thermal expansion, making it the ideal choice for heavy-duty engines and large substrate encapsulation.

Enhanced Support and Fixation: Higher areal density and bulk density provide stronger radial holding force, securely fixing large or heavy catalyst substrates and effectively preventing displacement.
Outstanding Durability and Sealing: The thicker fibrous structure improves resistance to erosion and mechanical fatigue, maintaining excellent sealing for longer periods in high-backpressure, high-vibration environments like diesel engines, preventing exhaust gas leakage.
Greater Process Adaptability: The wider recommended installation gap range (2.9-4.8mm) offers higher design flexibility and fault tolerance for complex encapsulation processes and dimensional tolerances.
