Zirconia Microfiltration Ceramic Membranes are manufactured from high-purity yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) using advanced ceramic processing and precision high-temperature sintering technology. Designed with a multilayer asymmetric structure, these membranes combine exceptional chemical stability with high mechanical strength and reliable microfiltration performance.
Compared with conventional ceramic membranes, zirconia membranes exhibit outstanding resistance to aggressive chemicals, making them particularly suitable for highly corrosive process streams involving strong acids, strong alkalis, oxidizing chemicals, and high-salt solutions.
With pore sizes ranging from 0.1 μm to 5 μm, zirconia microfiltration membranes are widely used in chemical processing, electronics manufacturing, electroplating wastewater treatment, and industrial process filtration.
