CUT-200A Industrial CNC Plasma Cutting Power Source with MSW-30L Water Chiller
CUT-200A is heavy-duty IGBT inverter air plasma cutting power source, equipped with MSW-30L independent water cooling tank. It is mainly matched with gantry and table CNC cutting machines, and also supports temporary handheld operation.
Different from consumer portable plasma cutters, this industrial model supports 3-in-1 functions: Plasma Cutting, Plasma Gouging, Plasma Marking. It achieves clean cutting edges with minimal dross, which greatly reduces post-processing grinding work.
Heavy industrial metal cabinet with lifting rings for easy installation and transportation. The front panel includes digital current display, adjustable knob, air pressure gauge and function buttons. Built-in high-power IGBT inverter module and independent heat dissipation duct, dustproof design to adapt to harsh workshop environment. CNC signal interface is reserved for automatic cutting system connection.
30L circulating water cooling system continuously cools the plasma torch. It prevents torch burnout during long-hour heavy-duty work and extends the service life of electrodes and nozzles, lowering long-term production costs.
The core function. High-temperature plasma arc cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper and other conductive metals. It provides smooth cutting edges with almost no dross and low thermal deformation.
Remove metal material without cutting through plates. Widely used for weld cleaning, groove preparation and workpiece repairing in steel structure and pressure vessel factories.
Low-current plasma arc creates permanent clear marks on metal surface. Mark serial numbers, logos and dimensions directly on steel without paint or extra marking equipment.
Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other conductive alloys. Not for non-conductive materials such as wood, plastic and stone.
