Zero Springback & Deflection: The single-servo synchronous dual-head counter-bending architecture guarantees precise angle control and massive torque output. It completely neutralizes the springback of 12mm thick materials and prevents the side deflection typically seen in wide flat bars.

1. Wide-Width Leveling Belt Straightening & Feeding Unit
The multi-roller leveling structure with full-width leveling belt clamping effectively eliminates internal stress and shape defects of wide thick flat steel coils, ensuring the flatness of incoming materials. The 11 kW high-power servo drive system realizes high-precision fixed-length feeding. DC53 hardened feed rollers have strong wear resistance and will not cause indentation on the surface of wide thick workpieces.
2. Dual-Station Large-Bore Synchronous Punching Station
Two 180-type reinforced force-amplifier hydraulic cylinders punch mounting holes on both sides of the workpiece synchronously, with high hole position symmetry. The stable hydraulic output is matched with special punching dies, which can process clean burr-free round holes, slotted holes and notches on 5-12 mm thick flat bars.
3. Single-Servo Synchronous Dual-Head Bending Unit
Driven by a 7.7 kW high-torque servo motor and four helical planetary reducers, the dual-head counter progressive bending structure has sufficient torque output and accurate bending angle. It can form U-shaped heavy hoops, wide saddle clamps, symmetric load-bearing brackets and other profiles in one pass without secondary turnover, and effectively controls the springback of extra-thick materials.
4. High-Flow Fixed-Length Shearing Mechanism
The 180-type reinforced force-amplifier cutting cylinder is matched with a special shearing die and a 63-type high-flow oil pump. The cut of extra-thick wide materials is flat, non-collapsing and burr-free. No secondary deburring process is required in most working conditions. The cutting length is precisely controlled by the CNC system to ensure consistent length in batch production.
5. Cantilever CNC Operation Console
The cantilever rotary control box can be flexibly adjusted in angle, with a wide operation view suitable for wide material production. The touchscreen interface is simple and intuitive, supporting recipe storage, production counting, fault self-diagnosis and other functions.
