Product Description:
The machine is a semi-automatic thick plate blister molding machine, with a maximum effective area of molding die of 1600 * 1300 * 300mm. The equipment is characterized by a reasonable structure, easy operation, manual feeding, and the taking of products. All actions can be completed automatically by setting parameters on the touch screen. It is suitable for the molding of thermoplastic plastic plate blister workpiece with a thickness of 1-10mm ABS, PP, HIPS, PVC, PC, PE, etc. The main electrical control system adopts a Delta PLC high-definition touch control panel, and the whole system is operated by a man-machine interface.
Special Function:
1. The whole machine is controlled by a Delta PLC and equipped with an HD 15-inch touch screen as the human-computer interface; All time parameters can be set and monitored on the touch screen. The equipment has a diagnosis function and a file backup function, and the touch screen displays fault information and troubleshooting measures in real time, which is easy to operate and maintain.
2. Material pressing system: the latest wellhead automatic turnover material pressing system is adopted, the pressing frame is automatically adjusted according to the wellhead size (no separate adjustment of the pressing frame is required), and the all-aluminum movable wellhead is equipped. The die change can only be adjusted according to the size to achieve simple and fast die change safety. A safety grating is installed in the operation area, and the operator can completely isolate the forming area and press the confirmation button before the machine operates.
3. Heating furnace: A carbon fiber S-type heating tube is used for instantaneous temperature rise. Each heating unit is equipped with short-circuit and overload protection. Mirror reflective plate and aluminum silicate super thermal insulation plate are used for thermal insulation, so as to achieve the effect of energy conservation without loss of heat. (When the plate is heated, the electric furnace is powered on, and when the plate is not heated, the electric furnace is automatically disconnected, so as to save energy. The service life of the heating element is more than 5000 hours. The electric furnace frame is welded with a stainless steel cover plate, so as to prevent high temperature corrosion and dust from falling off the mould.
4. Heating plate temperature: A 15-way temperature control adjustment module is used to control the temperature of the heating unit one by one, which is accurate and easy to operate, effectively improving the product qualification rate. All temperatures are adjusted on the touch screen, and the prepared mould temperature formula can be saved for future use.
5. Heating furnace forward and backward: frequency conversion motor with rack synchronization drive is adopted, the forward and backward are fast and stable. The electric furnace is equipped with a precise deceleration cylinder. In case of failure or power failure, the furnace can be withdrawn instantaneously to prevent the falling of the sheet from damaging the electric furnace. When the falling of the material baking sheet is lower than the safe height, the furnace will be forced to be withdrawn.
6. Mold bench: The brand servo motor is used to control the lifting of the mold bench. The servo motor has the advantage of accurate positioning and a fast start. The lifting position and speed of the mold bench can be adjusted on the touch screen at will. The supporting piece function can also be set to make the mold and wellhead parallel, and easy placement of plates.
7. Anti-drop system: An Omron infrared detector is used to detect the falling of plates, and the sheets can be automatically supported during the baking process.
8. Product blowing: the machine adopts the confined space forming. After the plate is baked, the precision pneumatic valve is used for blowing. The blowing height can be automatically controlled by setting parameters. The air distribution pipe for blowing is equipped to make the blowing more uniform
9. Vacuum forming: adopt a 200 vacuum pump fast large vacuum valve (with water cooling for more stable suction), and a secondary small vacuum adjustable valve for forming.
10. Product cooling: the product is cooled by eight sets of double-outlet fans and a water atomizing nozzle, so that the product can be quickly cooled and shaped.
11. The pneumatic control adopts the ADECO brand solenoid valve control, which is stable and durable.
12. The equipment has an automatic touch screen display function for production and maintenance
