Machine Introduction:
This model is based on the imported positive and negative pressure integrated machine from Germany, and has been innovated according to the current national conditions and vacuum forming market, taking into account the current situation of few orders, many styles, and expensive molds. This machine has a fully automatic function of three stations: heating, forming, cutting, stacking, and counting. It can adapt to various packaging boxes, trays, pharmaceuticals, industrial vacuum packaging products made of APET, PP, PC, PS, PVC, BOPS, PLA, corn starch, and other materials. The machine is widely used and has strong universality. The negative pressure forming machine has a fast speed, integrated cutting, labor-saving, low energy consumption, low noise, high safety and hygiene level, and easy operation and maintenance. It is highly trusted by customers.
It is also possible to add a material cart configuration at the rear, with three functions of forming, cutting, and stacking for larger orders. For smaller orders, it can be directly cut into a whole piece like a regular vacuum forming machine, and then cut with a punch press. This allows the machine to be used as an integrated machine or as a regular vacuum forming machine, making it more flexible.
Machine features:
1. Control system features
(1) The human-machine interface adopts a high-definition MCGS color Internet of Things touch screen, which can be checked online in case of abnormal problems, realize remote monitoring, troubleshooting, remote upgrade procedures, and solve problems.
(2) The operating system of this machine is independently developed by our company based on the current national conditions and the operating habits of the startup master. It has the characteristics of complete functions and is easy to learn. Masters with zero foundation can operate independently within 2-3 days of learning, while masters with experience in other all-in-one machines can become familiar with operating the machine within 1 day.
(3) counting, automatic station lubrication, automatic chain rail lubrication, vacuum maintenance prompts, and can also store documents, internal IO point monitoring, and other functions;
(4) The molding station mold height data is saved, the knife die cutting position data is saved, and the beam width data is saved. During production, only the first saved data is called to achieve rapid production, and the speed of mold change and adjustment is 20-30 minutes faster than that of peers.
2, Chain rail drive system
(1) Pulling servo adopts a high-power servo to ensure that the machine can easily pull various thicknesses of sheets
(2) Automatic track change function: only need to input the mold width data, the girder automatically adjusts the width, the girder width data can be saved, the later reproduction, the girder data is directly called, and the efficiency of adjusting the machine and changing the mold is improved.
(3) A high-precision reducer is used, and the spline shaft is used as the transmission shaft, and the pulling blade is accurate.
(4) The chain rail adopts a hardened oxidized girder with guide beads, and the hardness reaches Vickers 85° to ensure the durability of the girder.
(5) The chain adopts imported Donghua guide bead chain, which is not easy to explode, quenched and hardened, stable, and wear-resistant.
3, Lubrication system
(1) Station lubrication pump: using a high-pressure lubrication pump, 00# grease can be easily lubricated to each joint of the station to prevent station failure.
(2) Chain lubrication system: food-grade 300-degree high-temperature resistant chain oil, and chain guide rail lubrication at the same time, reduces wear.
