Main features of the HX-76HS fully automatic servo-driven vacuum forming machine
1. Energy saving: Adopting an insulation-type energy-saving heating conversion, goods can be made after 3-5 minutes of preheating, electric furnace touch screen control, one-click adjustment of temperature rise, real-time display of temperature, and electric furnace misalignment adjustment
2. Material saving: This machine uses a 3KW motor combined with a Mitsubishi frequency converter to pull the blade, which has a fast pulling speed, is easier to adjust, and the blade length is precise, reducing material and electrical energy loss and improving product quality;; Double row chain transmission, stable high-speed operation, flexible adjustment device maximizes the use of plastic sheets
3. Efficient: Servo molding pull tab, production speed is 15% -20% faster than traditional cylinder machines, using 2P large drum motors for faster cooling and a 10% increase in production efficiency
4. Data storage: It can save production process data parameters for easy calling in the next use
5. Hot air blowing function (optional): Install a hot air blowing system to make the overall thickness of the vacuum-formed product more uniform, greatly reduce water streaks, and have a cold mold function to reduce the problem of PVC foam shell overcovering caused by too fast PVC vacuum forming speed.
