Machine Introduction:

The machine has three fully automatic functions of heating, forming, cutting, and stacking counting: heating, forming, cutting stacking counting. This machine can adapt to various types of vacuum-formed packaging products made of PET, PP, PC, PS, PVC, BOPS, PLA, corn starch, and other materials, such as bowls, lids, boxes, plates, electronic trays, pharmaceuticals, and other industries etc. It is widely used, has strong universality, fast positive and negative pressure forming machine speed, low energy consumption, low noise, high safety and hygiene level, and easy operation and maintenance. Key Features:
1. Control system characteristics
(1) The human-machine interface adopts an ultra-high definition MCGS color IoT touch screen. In case of abnormal problems, network inspection can be carried out to achieve remote monitoring, troubleshooting, remote program upgrade, and problem-solving.
(2) This machine system is a self-developed system by our company based on the operating habits of existing national conditions. The fastest number of empty machine testing actions can reach 50 modes/minute, and it has the characteristics of complete functionality and is easy to use. Masters with a basic understanding of ordinary machines can operate independently within 1-2 days, while masters with experience in other all-in-one machines can become familiar with operating the machine within 1 day.
(3) Monitoring and counting, automatic lubrication of workstations, automatic lubrication of chain tracks, vacuum maintenance prompts, as well as document storage and internal IO point monitoring functions;
(4) The height data of the molding station mold is saved, the cutting position data of the cutting die is saved, and the width data of the beam is saved. With the automatic locking station, only the first saved data is called during production, achieving rapid production. The speed of mold changing and machine adjustment is more than 30 minutes faster than that of the square station model.

2. Manipulator system
(1) The manipulator moves up, down, left, and right with a high-power torque servo to ensure that the whole machine operates 24 hours without overheating.
(2) Manipulator mode: up and down stacking, lifting and stacking, in mold grasping and stacking (customized), out of mold grasping and stacking (customized).
(3) Discharge mode: default to side or straight out (customized), so that the machine can adapt to various sites.
3. Material receiving system
The latest torque reducer is used in the material collecting system to ensure powerful winding, and the controller is simple and easy to adjust, while the traditional frequency conversion control is prone to burning the motor.
4. Chain rail drive system
(1) A large power servo is used to pull sheets, ensuring that the machine can pull 2.0mm thick sheets at most.
(2) The reducer adopts a high-precision reducer and a spline shaft as the transmission shaft to ensure that the pulling error is within ± 0.5mm.
(3) The chain rail adopts an aluminum body girder with guide beads to ensure the abrasion resistance of the girder.
(4) The chain adopts Japanese CHOHO guide bead chain, which is hardened and hardened, stable and wear-resistant, with accurate in pulling.
(5) The front, middle, and rear electric adjustment of the girder is convenient and simple.
5. Cooling system
The standard configuration of a 10P supercharged air-cooled chiller has a better cooling effect and faster delivery speed.
6. Vacuum system
Vacuum pump adopts Jingjie 200 m³/ H. 0.4m for the vacuum tank³. Designed to meet the instant vacuum release, so that the product can be formed faster and the product quality is better.
7. Lubrication system
(1) The station lubricating pump adopts a high-capacity and high-pressure lubricating pump to reduce the number of times of manually loading oil into the pump. It works for a long time and is not easy to burn the pump. 00 # grease must be used;
(2) Chain lubrication system: food-grade chain oil is used to lubricate the packaging chain to reduce wear.
