The Shaftless Roller Screen (also known as a Shaftless Trommel Screen or Non-axle Rotary Drum Screen) is an advanced industrial screening equipment specifically designed for handling sticky, wet, and high-moisture materials such as clay, shale, coal gangue, construction waste, and minerals.
Unlike traditional shaft-driven rotary screens, the shaftless structure eliminates central shaft wrapping and material tangling, significantly reducing clogging and maintenance costs while maximizing screening throughput.
1. Anti-Clogging & Non-Twining Shaftless Design:
Eliminates the central shaft, preventing wet clay, fibers, or bulky materials from wrapping and jamming the drum.

Features customizable aperture sizes (fine to coarse grading) with quick-replace screen panels, enabling one machine to fulfill multiple sizing requirements.
