Product Specification

Primary Alloy Double Roller Crusher

This primary alloy double roller crusher is special coarse crushing equipment supporting clay brick production lines. We provide three types of alloy rollers for different working conditions.

  1.  1. Smooth alloy roller: It has the same crushing function as ordinary roller crushers with better wear resistance. The hardness of alloy roller reaches HRC48~55.
  2.  2. Alloy toothed roller: Equipped with alloy teeth, capable of crushing stones below 4 cm.
  3.  3. Grooved alloy roller: It can remove stones with particle size between 4~20 cm, effectively protecting the roller and extending its service life.

The machine is widely used for coarse crushing of raw materials such as clay, shale and coal gangue in brick manufacturing plants.
