Rubbing screen, also named soil thrust sieve, is indispensable raw material pretreatment equipment specially designed for fired clay brick manufacturing industry. This integrated machine realizes two core functions at one time: crushing massive hard soil lumps and separating gravel, stones and hard impurities mixed in clay mud.
Raw clay often contains various stones during mining. If these hard stones directly flow into subsequent roller crusher, extruder auger and cutting wire equipment, severe abrasion, deformation and breakdown will occur, which greatly increases your maintenance cost and reduces the whole brick production line efficiency. Equipped with our rubbing screen ahead of crushing & extruding section can perfectly solve this problem, protect your follow-up core machines and extend their service life.
Our RS series rubbing screen is ideal pre-processing machinery for all sizes of clay brick factories, widely matched with small, medium and fully automatic brick production lines worldwide.
Raw soil with lumps and stones is fed into the machine’s feeding hopper. Internal rotary rubbing teeth break big compact soil masses into fine mud, meanwhile hard stones and gravels are blocked and separated out from qualified fine clay. The mud material with uniform particle size under 20mm is discharged to next working procedure, while waste stones are separately discharged for centralized cleaning.
This rubbing screen machine is widely applied in raw material processing links of fired clay solid brick, hollow brick, perforated brick production lines. It adapts to various raw materials including common red clay, shale, coal gangue mixed soil, loam and other brick-making mud raw materials with stone impurities.
