Cold forming tee extrusion forming hydraulic press is a specialized core equipment for producing stainless steel tees in pipe fitting factories. It adopts hydraulic extrusion/water expansion forming technology, directly extruding steel pipe blanks into T-shaped equal and reduced diameter tees, replacing traditional welded tees. The formed tee has no welds, complete metal flow lines, high pressure resistance, and is suitable for mass production of petrochemical, thermal, and power pipeline fittings. It can be combined with pipe cutters and beveling machines to form a complete tee production line.
