8 Inch Carbon Steel Hot Forming Elbow Making Machine (3"–8")
The 8 inch carbon steel hot forming elbow making machine is designed for the hot push bending of large-diameter elbows from carbon steel, alloy steel and straight seam welded pipe. It delivers stable, continuous production of elbows ranging from 3" to 8", with a maximum push elbow diameter of 219 mm and a wall thickness capacity of 6–12 mm.

Input voltage: three-phase four-wire 380 V (−12% to +15%).
Frequency: 50 Hz ± 2%.
Continuous operation capability: 24 hours per day.
Air must be free of corrosive media; the equipment must be operated in a workshop with sufficient space.
Oil Cylinder Construction
Manufactured in accordance with JB/T10205-2000 and JB/T15622-2005 standards.
Cylinder body made of 45# steel with an inner surface finish of Ra0.4.
Piston rod made of 45# seamless pipe, chrome-plated and polished after plating, free of straight lines and spiral lines, with a finish of Ra0.3.
Remaining cylinder parts made of 45# forgings to ensure mechanical properties.
Main cylinder piston guide sleeve adopts a copper sleeve; all seals use the standard priority series; the main oil seal is imported from Austrian AGCO.
Before assembly, the smoothness, hardness and matching dimensions of the cylinder barrel and piston rod are inspected, together with the quality of forgings and seals; all assembled components meet the standards.

Host Machine Structure
The main engine consists of a chassis, cylinder support plate, movable push plate, front baffle and tug.
The body is mainly assembled by welding Q235A medium plate, channel steel and round steel.
The push plate and bottom frame adopt an upper pulley and guide rail structure for stable operation.
Front baffles and cylinders are equipped with hydraulic mandrel adjustment cylinders on duty.
