Hose-Crimper Process Description
This hydraulic hose crimper is manufactured with a precision-engineered process to ensure reliable performance under high-pressure conditions. The crimp head is forged from high-grade steel, undergoing heat treatment and precision machining to achieve exceptional strength and wear resistance. The hydraulic system is assembled and tested with strict quality control, featuring a high-efficiency pump that delivers stable flow and pressure, enabling consistent crimping force across the entire diameter range.
Each high-pressure die is CNC-machined to tight tolerances, followed by surface hardening treatment to extend service life and maintain accurate crimp dimensions. Before final assembly, all components undergo rigorous leak testing, pressure cycling, and functional validation to meet IP 54 enclosure standards and ISO occupational safety requirements. The finished machine is calibrated for optimal closing speed and production efficiency, ensuring it can handle up to 250 crimps per hour while maintaining low noise levels (71 dB(A)) for operator comfort.
