Hose-cutting machine product introduction

DME&JDE Group DME&JDE56D-Pro hose-cutting machine has been designed to cut up to 2” diameter 6-spiral hoses. The hose is pushed against the blade by a pneumatic pusher. 
Pusher movement speed can be quickly and easily adjusted to choose optimal cutting speed for every hose. The blade can be sharpened when necessary. The cutter has a built-in bin for collecting cutting waste.

Instructions For Using The Hose Cutting Machine

a. Adjust the distance of the presser foot support rod according to the diameter of the
 hose.
b. Turn on the power switch and rotate the steel saw blade in the direction indicated by
 the arrow.
c. Place the rubber hose flat on the workbench, place the cutting size at the center of the
 presser foot, step on the pressure plate, and slowly press down until the rubber hose is
 cut off.
d. The exhaust hole at the rear of the fuselage can be connected to discharge waste
 outdoor

Hose-cutting machine Precautions

a. Regularly check the inclined surface of the cutting blade for cracks and curled edges. If there
 are cracks, they should be replaced in a timely manner. The curled edges of the blade should
 be polished and corrected with a grinding wheel.
b. When replacing the blade, the nut should be tightened to prevent loosening.
