The DME&JDE HOSE SKIVE-100(Easy Move) is a lightweight, portable hydraulic hose skiving machine designed for on-site and small workshop use. Adopting advanced rubber stripping technology, it efficiently removes the outer rubber layer of hydraulic hoses, preparing them for crimping with fittings. With a compact design and only 30kg net weight, it is easy to move and install, making it ideal for mobile repair services.

It supports a skiving range of Φ6 to Φ51 (1/4" to 2"), compatible with most common hydraulic hose specifications. The machine features dual voltage compatibility (380V/220V), a 400W motor, and a stable 170 rpm speed, ensuring clean and precise skiving without damaging the hose’s inner reinforcement layers. The enclosed protective cover enhances operator safety, while the simple operation process allows one person to complete the skiving quickly.
