The material is made by processing stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh through wave bending technology
Stainless steel sintered filter element is a material made of stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh, processed by wave bending technology. It has the characteristics of multi-layer structure, high porosity, high pollutant holding capacity, good strength, not easy to fall off, easy to clean, high temperature resistance and economical use.
The main filter material is made of 304 and 304L 316 and 316L stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh are the main filtration media. Stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a porous deep filtration material made by high-temperature sintering of stainless steel fibers; Stainless steel mesh is woven from stainless steel wire.
Features:
Precise Impurity Retention: Through specific precision filter materials (such as glass fiber, stainless steel mesh, etc.), various sizes of solid particles in hydraulic oil (from 1μm to several hundred μm) can be accurately filtered. The filtration efficiency increases with the increase of the filtration ratio (β value), effectively controlling the contamination level of the oil.
High Pressure Resistance and Impact Resistance: Pressure pipeline filter elements can withstand high pressure (up to over 30MPa), and return oil pipeline filter elements can resist the pulse impact when the system returns oil, avoiding filter element damage due to pressure fluctuations.
