Stainless steel sintered filter element is a material made of stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh, processed by wave bending technology. It has the characteristics of multi-layer structure, high porosity, high pollutant holding capacity, good strength, not easy to fall off, easy to clean, high temperature resistance and economical use.
The main filter material is made of 304 and 304L 316 and 316L stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh are the main filtration media. Stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a porous deep filtration material made by high-temperature sintering of stainless steel fibers; Stainless steel mesh is woven from stainless steel wire.
Features:
High Temperature Resistance: Filter materials and sealing rings (such as nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber) can withstand a wide temperature range (usually -30℃ to 110℃, with special models reaching above 150℃), meeting the stable operation of hydraulic systems in both high and low temperature environments.
Strong Structural Stability: The filter element frame mostly adopts metal or high-strength plastic to ensure that the filter material does not deform or fall off in high-pressure and vibration environments, avoiding "side passage" of impurities and contaminating the system.
