Founded in the year of 2009, Beyond Biopharma Co.,ltd. is a ISO 9001 Verified and US FDA Registered manufacturer of collagen series and gelatin series products. We produce and supply Collagen and Gelatin which are widely used in Foods, Beverage, Nutritional Supplements and Pharma Industries.
We have dedicated production lines for different origins of collagen powder. We are able to produce different origins and types of Collagen Powder including: hydrolyzed type I collagen powder from bovine hides and skins, hydrolyzed type I collagen powder from fish skins and scales, hydrolyzed type II collagen powder from bovine and chicken cartilages and Undenatured type ii Chicken Collagen.
Our hydrolyzed collagen powder is produced by well-designed manufacturing process with high technology so as to control the critical specifications of collagen powder such as the color of powder, the odor, particle size, bulk density, the solubility and the color of solution. Our hydrolyzed collagen powder is odorless fine powder with good looking white color. It is able to dissolve into water quickly by itself due to its appropriate bulk density and low molecular weight. The color of collagen solution after complete dissolving into water is clear and transparent. Our hydrolyzed collagen powder is suitable to be applied into different products such as Solid Drinks Powder, Beverages, Energy bars, Skin Beauty products, and Nutritional supplements for joint health purposes. In order to fully meet the needs of our customers, we are also able to produce the customized specification of collagen for our customers. For example, some customers want collagen granular for quicker solubility purposes and some customers want even lower molecular weight for quick absorption purpose by human body, we Beyond Biopharma provides tailored solution for their needs.
We Beyond Biopharma also produces Gelatin series products for both foods and pharmaceutical industries. We produce and supply gelatin with jelly strength from 100 bloom to 160 bloom for foods applications such as the confectionary products, dairy products and meats products. Pharmaceutical gelatins are also available from Beyond Biopharma with Jelly strength from 160 bloom to 260 bloom for both soft gel and hard capsules applications.

Our R&D team has also developed a high end type ii collagen called Active collagen type ii (Not Denatured Type ii Collagen) from chicken sternum. This type ii collagen is in its native molecular structure with activity of protein maintained. This is why it is also called undenatured type ii Collagen. | History: | Beyond Biopharma is established in the year of 2009. At the beginning of the company, it is engaged in the production of collagen peptides and powder. We mainly produce hydrolyzed collagen powder type 1 from fish scales and skins and hydrolyzed type ii collagen powder from bovine and chicken cartilages.
After several years of development, we build the GMP workshop and QC laboratories to control the quality during the production process and before we release our products to customers.
Now Beyond Biopharma had developed into a comprehensive solution provider for protein ingredients and finished dosage forms. Beyond Biopharma has now engaged in the OEM production services for finished dosage forms of dietary supplements for our customers.

1. Animal Origin Collagen peptides and Powder as ingredients : We produce most types of hydrolyzed Collagen peptides and powder as bulk ingredients used for Joint care Dietary Supplements products, Skin care Food supplements or cosmetics products, and Sports Nutritional Porudcts.
1.1 Hydrolyzed Type i and type 2 Collagen Both type 1 and type 2 collagens are available at Beyond Biopharma. We produce Type 1 collagen by enzymatic hydrolysis process from Fish skins and scales and Bovine Hides. The advantage of our type 1 collagen peptides is that it is with low molecular weight and is able to dissolve into water quickly as well as to be absorbed by human body quickly. We also produce Hydrolyzed type II collagen from chicken cartialges and bovine cartilages. Our type ii collagen contains not only protein but also mucopolysaccharides. It is a perfect ingredient for joint care dietary supplements.
1.2 Undenatured type II Collagen from Chicken Sternum (Active Collagen Type ii ). As a professional manufacturer of collagen ingredients, Beyond Biopharma developed a high quality type ii collagen called Active Collagen type II. This type ii collagen is in its native molecular structure with activity of protein maintained. This is why it is also called undenatured type ii Collagen. We Beyond Biopharma supplies plant origin proteins including Pea Proteins, Soy Proteins and Phycocyanin. Pea proteins and soy proteins are considered as the complete proteins for human body. It contains all the 9 types of essential animo acids needed by human body. Phycocyanin not only works as protein ingredient but also as a natural blue food colorant.

We Beyond Biopharma provides Formulation Services and Contract Manufacturing Services for dietary supplements including Solid Drinks Powder, Tablets, Capsules and Soft Gels.
3.1 Formulation Services We are able to provide Customized Formulation services for dietary supplements. If you want to develop a dietary supplements finished dosage forms product and don't know how to work out the formulations, please contact us, we will work out the formulation according to your idea about your product.
