The bovine collagen granular is the granulated particles from the bovine collagen powder. Bovine collagen powder is produced by extraction process from bovine hides or skins which contains abundant collagen type 1. The extraction process is called enzymatic hydrolysis. During that hydrolysis process, the enzyme will break down the three long amino acids which surround each other to form a triple helix structure.
