We are china manufacturer and supplier of Food grade Chitosan Powder with 90% deacetylation which conforms with USP40 standard.
Our chitosan powder is extracted from shells of shrimp and crab. It is white crystal powder with bull density of around 0.4 g/ml, but it could be improved to a higher density of around 0.6g/ml. The mositure content of our chitosan is around 10%, and it is totally soluble into water.
