Advanced Precision Photo Chemical Etching Technology
Unlike stamping or laser cutting, photo chemical etching removes material at a molecular level using controlled chemical reactions. This ensures:
Completely burr-free cutting edges
No mechanical stress or deformation
No heat-affected zones
Uniform edge geometry across the entire blade
