Manufacturing Process
Our razor blades are produced through a Precision Chemical Etching process. This subtractive manufacturing technique allows for burr-free, stress-free shaping of the finest cutting edges without altering the metal's properties.
Cleaning: The metal strip is thoroughly cleaned.
Lamination: A photoresist film is applied.
Exposure & Development: The blade pattern is exposed and developed using UV light.
Etching: The exposed areas are etched away with controlled chemicals to form the precise edge and geometry.
Stripping & Finishing: The resist is removed, and blades are cleaned, coated (if required), and sharpened.
