STB76 Electric Pipe Rolling Bender 16-76mm Round & Square

The SUNTECHMACH STB76 section & tube rolling machine is specially designed for rolling large-radius bends and complete circles in thin-walled mild steel and stainless steel round & square tubes. It can be used from either side — the front handles larger tubes while the rear rolls smaller ones. Tooling is made of grey cast iron for long service life. Especially suitable for the production of steel greenhouse frames, pipe arc bending and decoration fabrication.

Operation Guide

Select the correct tooling for the tube (round or square, matching size) and install it on the rollers.

Adjust the top roll height to set the bending radius (lower top roll = smaller radius).

Feed the tube between the rollers.

Drive forward with the switch; pause and reverse as needed to shape the arc or complete circle.

Re-adjust the top roll for the final radius if required; remove the finished piece.
