STB50E 750W Electric Pipe Bender 1/2"-2" with Pump

The SUNTECHMACH STB50E electric hydraulic pipe bender is designed for precision cold bending of thick-walled pipes (gas, water and steam pipes, non-heated black iron pipes, galvanized pipes, Schedule 40 & 80) up to 90°, following GB/T 3091, DIN 2440, EN 10255 and BS 1387 standards. Powered by a 750W electric hydraulic pump, it bends pipe on site without manual pumping — faster and less labor-intensive than a manual bender. Ideal for plumbing, sanitary and heating installation on construction sites, apparatus and boiler making, and industrial applications.

1. Connect the electric pump to a grounded power supply (voltage per nameplate).
2. Tighten the release valve (clockwise); loosen the vented oil bolt.
3. Grease the die cover, swagging blocks and the pipe to be bent.
4. Lift the upper plate and fix the correct bending die to the cylinder ram end.
5. Turn the swagging blocks so the grooves face the pipe die; set them for the pipe length.
6. Start the pump and apply hydraulic pressure to bend the pipe to the desired angle (max 90°).
7. Release pressure by opening the release valve; the ram retracts automatically; lift the upper plate and remove the bent pipe.
