The ISOMICRON ICPL-341 series is a high-performance 3.0A Gate Driver Photocoupler designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and power supply systems. It features a peak output current of 3.0A, rail-to-rail output voltage, and a maximum propagation delay of 110 ns. The device includes Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis and operates over a wide supply voltage range of 15 to 30 Volts. Guaranteed performance is maintained across an extended temperature range of -40C to +110C. Key applications include IGBT/MOSFET gate drive, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), industrial inverters, AC/Brushless DC motor drives, and switching power supplies.
