Featuring an 11-mm SSO8 package with wide creepage and clearance, it offers high insulation voltage and a compact footprint. This device boasts high common mode transient immunity (CMTI) exceeding 100 kV/s and fast propagation delays under 150 ns, enabling efficient high-frequency switching for IGBT and SiC/GaN MOSFET drivers.
