The HCPL-x710 series optocouplers, available in HCPL-7710 (8-pin DIP) and HCPL-0710 (SO-8) packages, leverage advanced CMOS IC technology for outstanding performance and low power consumption. These optocouplers are designed for complete CMOS compatibility, requiring only two bypass capacitors. They integrate a CMOS LED driver IC, a high-speed LED, and a CMOS detector IC featuring a photodiode, high-speed transimpedance amplifier, and voltage comparator with an output driver. Ideal for digital fieldbus isolation (DeviceNet, SDS, Profibus), AC plasma display panel level shifting, multiplexed data transmission, and computer/microprocessor system interfaces, they offer high-speed operation and robust common-mode rejection.
