The Broadcom ACNT-H313 is an optocoupler featuring an LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. It is specifically designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. The device offers a high operating voltage range and high peak output current, enabling direct IGBT driving or the driving of discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. With a high insulation voltage of VIORM = 2262 VPEAK (IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5), it is suitable for high power systems, AC and brushless DC motor drives, renewable energy inverters, industrial inverters, and switching power supplies.
