The ACPL-M43T is a single-channel, high-temperature, high CMR, high-speed digital optocoupler designed for automotive applications. Featuring R2Coupler isolation technology and a compact SO-5 SMT package, it offers excellent electrical insulation and reliability. This optocoupler is ideal for automotive IPM driver applications, CANBus communication interfaces, and high-temperature digital/analog signal isolation. Its design minimizes base-collector capacitance, leading to significantly increased speed compared to conventional photo-transistor couplers, with a minimum common mode transient immunity of 30 kV/s.
