The RV1S9062A is a high-speed photocoupler (15 Mbps) with active low output logic, designed for Intelligent Power Module (IPM) drive applications. It features an AlGaAs LED and an integrated circuit with a photodiode. Key advantages include high common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 kV/s minimum, a wide operating power supply voltage range (4.5 to 30 V), and high-temperature operation up to 125 C. It also offers a long creepage distance of 8 mm minimum and high isolation voltage.
